Simit, whose name is derived from the fresh sesame sprinkled bagels available for sale on the streets of Turkey, is woven with deep red, indigo and natural linen fibers — deeply evocative of antique Anatolian textiles and the shimmering Bosphorus. Simit magically recreates the feel of textile fragments Susan fell in love with during her travels but here, are available by the yard.
